  • 5g Flora pro-activ
  • 125 ml assorted dried fruit (apricots, prunes, apple slices)
  • 60 ml sultanas
  • ¼ banana, thickly sliced
  • ¼ orange, peeled and segmented
  • 125 ml fruit juice (apple or orange)
  • 2 ml Robertsons ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of Robertsons nutmeg
  • plain low fat yoghurt, to serve

Preparation:

1.  Place all the ingredients expect the yoghurt into a saucepan and bring to the boil

2. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer covered for 10 minutes or until soft

3. Serve the hot fruit with plain low fat yoghurt
